Cancelling yourself

You can cancel an order from My Orders at any time before it is shipped. Paid amounts are refunded to your LX Wallet at once.

After shipping

Orders that are already with the courier cannot be cancelled. Refuse the parcel at the door or request a return after delivery under the Return Policy.

Cancellation by Link X Mart

We may cancel an order when the product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, payment fails or fraud is suspected. You are always notified and refunded.
