Return window

You may request a return within the return window shown on the product page — 14 days after delivery by default.

Eligible returns

• Item is damaged, defective or not working on arrival.
• Wrong item, wrong size/colour or missing parts.
• Item is materially different from its description or photos.

Not returnable

• Digital products (license keys, accounts, downloads) once delivered, unless the item is invalid.
• Items that have been used, washed, altered or are missing original packaging/tags.
• Perishable, hygiene and personalised items.

How to return

Open My Orders → Return, choose a reason and add photos. After admin approval you send the parcel back with the courier shown on the return page; the return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
