Refund Policy

Where refunds go

All refunds are credited to your LX Wallet. Wallet balance can be spent on any future order at checkout. Customer wallet balances cannot be withdrawn to bank or mobile-money accounts.

When you are refunded

• Cancelled before shipping (by you, the seller or Link X Mart): the amount you actually paid online or from your wallet is refunded immediately. Unpaid Cash-on-Delivery orders have nothing to refund.
• Approved returns: the full order amount is refunded once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Buyer Protection claims: refunded after our team resolves the dispute in your favour.

Timing

Wallet refunds are instant once approved. You receive a notification and can see the entry in My Wallet.
