Delivery charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120
• Products marked Free Shipping and some coupons remove the charge.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days. Our suppliers must hand parcels to the courier within 3 days of your order; orders that are not shipped in time are cancelled automatically and any payment is returned to your LX Wallet.

Tracking

The courier tracking number appears in My Orders as soon as the parcel is shipped and you are notified on WhatsApp/SMS. Digital products are delivered to your account instantly after payment.

Failed delivery

The courier makes up to two delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable; parcels returned to the seller after failed attempts are treated as cancelled orders.
