Placing an order

Add products to your cart and complete checkout with a delivery address and a payment method (Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, card or LX Wallet). Prices shown at checkout are final and include any deal, bundle or coupon discount that applies.

Order confirmation

• Online and LX Wallet payments are confirmed instantly.
• Cash-on-Delivery orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• You can follow every step in My Orders: Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered.

Quantity limits

To keep stock fair for everyone, the platform limits how many units of one product you can buy in a single order. The limit is shown on the cart stepper.

Sellers are anonymous

Products on Link X Mart are fulfilled by verified suppliers. Link X Mart is your single point of contact for every order, payment and dispute.
