Paying

Cash on Delivery, bKash / Nagad / Rocket, and the LX Wallet. An order that needs an online payment — including a delivery charge paid in advance — is only placed once that payment clears; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the payment window.

Refunds

• Approved refunds go back to your LX Wallet, usually within 24 hours of approval.
• A refund covers the product amount; delivery charges are refunded when the fault is ours.
• Wallet balance can be spent anywhere on the platform.

The price at checkout is the price you pay. Deals, coupons and flash-sale prices apply for as long as the campaign runs.
