How it is used

To place and deliver orders, take payments and refunds, answer support requests, prevent fraud and — only if you opted in — send offers.

Who sees it

Couriers get the delivery details they need. Payment providers get what a payment requires. Suppliers get what is needed to pack and hand over a parcel, never your full customer profile. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can update your details in My Account, unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and ask support to delete an account that has no open orders or disputes.
